Logging in through your Facebook Account

If you choose to register for our services “Services” via Facebook, we collect below information to enhance user experience however we do not share your information with any third parties.

– your name

– your profile picture

– your email address

Facial Recognition

In Events where Facial Recognition is enabled by the Admin, the users have an option to click and share their selfie from their mobile phone camera, using which we call the Amazon AWS Facial Recognition API. AWS stores only facial features related vectors and never stores the Selfie itself. This vector data remains stored on AWS only and is never transferred or shared with any 3rd party. Once the Event validity gets expired, we immediately clear the facial recognition vector data for that Event from the Server.

Device Identifiers

We also collect information from phones or other devices where you install or access our Services, like OS Version, phone model depending on the permissions you have granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which would help us to provide consistent services across your devices, however we do not share your information with any third parties.

Here are some more examples of device information that we may collect – Attributes such as operating system, hardware version, software names & types and other device identifiers etc.

What happens in the event of a change of control?

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Our Services or our assets to another Organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, user content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honour the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

2. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in India.

3. HOW USERS CAN REQUEST FOR DELETION OF THEIR INFORMATION

Users that want to have their information deleted, can write to us using contact us form, asking for their personal information be deleted from our records.

We will delete the users information from our records and database and send a confirmation email back to the user, as soon as the deletion of information is processed.

4. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of Our Services or the Service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
